Professor Johannes S Kern MD, PhD, GAICD, ICDP-UEMS (Dermpath), FEBDV, FACD - is the Professor and Director of Dermatology, Monash University, The School of Translational Medicine and Alfred Health, a German, European and Australian board-certified Dermatologist, and a Dermatopathologist. As a physician scientist, he is passionate about implementing the current treatment revolution in Dermatology for best care outcomes. His professional expertise in skin diseases of >15 years ranges from patient care, elucidating basic biology, developing pre-clinical models, to designing and leading multicentre international trials.
